>I am having problems transfering a text file from my FoxPro 3.0 application to a HP9000 Unix box. Currently I create a file with my FoxPro application and use Reflections FTP Client to open an IP address to my Unix machine and logon. I then transfer my file using the MPUT command. This is all done inside a Reflections script file. My problem is that I never really know if I'am actually logged on the the Unix box or not. Sometimes the file gets transfered but data is missing. The really frustrating part of it all is that most of the time it works just fine. If any one else has encountered simmilar problems with this or has a solution I would be greatfull

We had a problem like this too. Foxpro didn't have a clue to what was happening with the FTP. On Microsoft Web they have a Dll file called WININET and it include alot of internet stuff. Including FTP commands (you don't have to use it with the internet) I had to change the Documents from C language to Foxpro's Declare Stuff but it all works and foxpro know every thing about the Transfer.
