i have found my mistake and i want to apologise for wording it as a BUG. The mistake which i did was - that by mistake i had included the WORLD.DBC in the project and i was continuously compiling the EXE with the included DBC.

This has definitely taught me to look at the bugs more seriously.Now my project is working Ok and no complaints too !!
