I have a table with a DateTime field in it. I have a grid on a form that I use to edit the table with. The problem is that users have complained that the DateTime field is cumbersome to use in the grid when doing data entry. They would like to see the Date and Time in separate columns.

The problem is that I want to continue using the DateTime format in the table because it is very handy when doing caculations. How can separate it into two columns on my grid without separating it in my actual table?
