What version of IS are you using? The one which comes with VFP 8.0 allows you to do this for sure. And I think the one provided with VFP 7.0 also did, but not sure.

In the last version at least, the option is in Setup Complete Dialog (see the properties). There you can specify a program to launch (selecting from the ones you just installed).
