>I use a Matrox G450 E-TV to capture TV shows. I use the huffyuv codec and capture at 1/4 size (352x240) and it takes roughly 10GB per hour. (Full rez would be 40GB per hour) To play it on a DVD player, you'd want to compress it to VCD (~450MB per 44 minutes) or SVCD (~800 per 44 minutes).
