As others have pointed out, no, not really. I can see the value in what you want to do, and thought a macro that inserted an "a" for "Ignore All" might help here. However, you could only use this hypothetical macro if you knew there were errors.

So, all I can offer is what I do. CTRL-s, then "a" if I want to save regardless of compile errors.
