Jim,

I guess I also don't like to search through many unlinked tiny bits of code in numerous functions just get to the heart of the matter, whether it be in functions coded in a case statement or elsewhere just because someone likes to break up their code into functions and procedures of less than one page. I have projects with thousands of PRG files and hundreds of screens. If I had a rule that each prg should be only one page of code, I would probably have tens of thousands of PRG files to manage. It is hard enough searching for the real meat of what I am looking for through the thousands of files that I have to deal with now. I only break up code into smaller functions when it is clear that it should not be a part of the code that I am working on AND it will be reuseable.
