We have a small scheduling grid, that show one day at a time, that the user gets to change the start date of the items. They want the grid to be dynamic so when I change the date of the item they want the item to go to that date, they also want the schdule to go that date also. So in the lost focus of the textbox I refresh the filter and change the captions. This all works fine if they stay on that record. But if they change the date but haven't tabbed off yet and use the mouse to select another column. I get a message after the grid refreshs saying 'Record out of range'. I assume because after the lostfocus that record they selected in the grid no longer exist in the grid, it's been filtered out. Is there another way to do this or some other work around.
