I agree .NET is a platform that in the end may cost more that sticking with VFP. Of course Mono is only at version .28 - so there is plenty still to do. It might be possible to have something that supported the same winform calls on Linux. Oh the sky is falling, the sky is falling.


I miss Jerry daily. A few years ago he was the guy that got me using google to lookup programming questions. I know it seems now that I should have known all about google - but I didn't.

Whooi - I'm glad that we are laughing at our American stereo types. Everything she does is a joke about Americans and our understanding of others. I once saw her in person and left with my stomach hurting from laughing to much.
