It's a story about an under secretary in the DOD.

I clicked and my eudora attempted to open it with internet exporer. "Cannot open page" was messaged.

So, I copied the link to my Netscape - and it worked in a flash.

I tweked my settings - still no access. Is there something in my settings that is preventing IE from opening this page? Or - is something else at work here:-)
