I am not a very frequent movie goer. Maybe twice a month. The last good movie I saw was "Gloomy Sunday." I don't think you will see it in the movie theaters (I saw it during the Boston Jewish Film Festival last year). You might find it on a DVD. But I would highly recommend it.

As far as plays, I don't know what is showing in your area. The last one I saw a couple of weeks ago was something like "Four Reasons to Get Married" (I really don't remember the exact title), romantic comedy, but very nice.

I am sorry I can't recommend anything specific that you can see in your area.
