Do you have any more information on this? What exactly are the issues?

When our app is installed we install the CR9 Runtime files as normal, however some of our customers install the app on a terminal server or citrix server to allow all users access without installing 100's of times. So should we be doing anything different for those customers who choose to install it on a citrix server?

If we are allowed to distribute the runtime unlimited, why would installing on a terminal or citrix server change that allowance? What is the difference between 100 users installing our program locally or 100 users using the program over citrix?
