Can anyone give me a brief list of pros and cons of upgrading Exchange 5.5 SP4 to Exchange 2000 or Exchange 2003? I've heard 2000 migration is difficult and I know 2003 is brand new but is "supposed" to an easier migration.

Any information here would be greatly appreciated!
