There isn't a simple mapping from Fox to C++. Fox has a lot of high level commands each of which would expand into a lot of code if translated in that fashion.

Something close to what you're looking for is a product called CodeBase. This is a C/C++ library of database routines which emulate dBase style commands. Because of the performance of the VFP approach to indexing, the authors adopted that as the native format for the product, although it also works with dBase, Clipper, etc. files in the xBase product group.
