Hi Luis,

AFP 2.4 (in the latest build) runs on Personal Web Server and Apache, both are free. AFP 3.0 requires Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 and additionally supports WebWeaver plus a few commercial web servers. In theory, any ISAPI compliant web server should work with AFP 3.0. In reality, though, you need to test this as each web server interprets the ISAPI specification a bit differently.
