Question....

After a Requery of a View, the Record Pointer on the View goes back to the First Record.

How would you go about keeping the Record Pointer on the newly added record?

Before the the requery, the RN would be -1. After the requery, it changes to 1.

(I tried adding a temporary index on the first field, saving the contents of the field that was added, then after the save, seeking that field. That works, but is there any other way that avoids having to add an index just for that? )

So how?????
