Hi Tracy,

I haven't read the whole thread yet, but one of the solution would be to use splitter. Mike Asherman has one for free download in his forums, which I used. However, I don't know, how does it work with ActiveX controls...

>I have a form that has a treeview on the left of the form and a grid on the right. They are the only two controls on the form and the two controls use up the entire page (each is full height and sit side-by-side to use up the form's entire width). I have both control's resizing appropriately if the user changes the height/width of the form or maximizes the form, etc. The treeview is populated from the parent table (thanks to Cetin's assistance in another related thread) and the grid displays the child records for the selected node in the treeview when the user clicks on the node to select it. All works GREAT.

I would like to add the ability for the user to widen (expand) the treeview control if desired (to view all branches left to right) and have the width of the grid narrow respectively just like the windows explorer window (dragging the separator bar left or right widens/narrows each window respectively). Is there anyway to do this? Is there some other control that does this and has the same functionality of what I'm doing with the treeview and grid?

If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
