Did you disable the CListObj1 business object that is part of the CListObjEdit control? Take a look in the manual, in the section titled "Creating Forms from CBizObjMaintenance", there is a page about "Replacing the Built-in CListOneToManyObj1 on Page 1 of CBizObjMaintenanceForm". That should tell you what you'll need to do.
