Well, it was OFF. I set it to ON, and all the deleted records then disappeared from the view and the table, as expected.

I need the view to be able to show the deleted records too, not hide them... sigh.

I am completely ignorant this time, or what????? I guess I am.....

Let me hit the books again, and review the purpose of a view.
