You need a POP3 component. One possibility is Rick Strahl's wwIPStuff (http://www.west-wind.com/wwstore/item.wws?sku=WWIPSTUFF). Another is SEE from Marshallsoft (http://www.marshallsoft.com/see4fp.htm). Both have been tested with VFP and contain VFP samples. Additionally, there are a number of commercial POP3 DLLs and ActiveX controls available, but only with VB or Delphi sample code.
