I just updated my account so that I can get an answer to a problem.

When I do a search I get no results that I can look at. It keeps telling me I have accessed stuff for premier membership. That is what I signed up for.

I can not find a place to ask for account help. Actually I can not nor have I ever been able to make much sense of this UT interface. There are a million things on the screen and all I ever need to do is Search, ask questions and get replies.

Anyway I paid the $135.00 and I need to search for a solution. Can someone lead me in the right direction?
