I was under the impression that you already had the data in bits and pieces (mulitple DataSets maybe or multiple Tables and Views, I'm not sure how you're getting it) ... but anyway, my suggestion to use .ImportRow() was because I thought you already had the data and you were just looking for a way to combine it all into one DataSet.

However, you can either pre-define your DataSet with an additional table, or add a Table to your DataSet once you get it from the WS and if I were you, I'd add a Speaker Table so that for each row in your main table (for each meeting), you'll add one to three rows in the new Speaker table.
