I don't know how fast Windows XP is on this computer and if it's fast enough for you. This depends on too many factors. 256 MB is the minium of RAM I would use for a Windows webserver. More is actually better. IIS is part of Windows XP Pro. COM+ is part of all Windows XP versions, AFAIK.
