When the sendemail method is called it return an error "502 Command is locally disabled". The email account is working in outlook correctly. I've looked high and low for the meaning of this error. Are you using the proper authentication? Username, password?
Its also possible that the library you are using is issuing a command that the server doesn't like. Check your settings to make sure they mimick those of outlook.
