I don't see any alignment issues like you are describing either at the form level or in a pageframe.

I dropped a baseclass Label and two baseclass textboxes onto a form. I aligned the left edge of the label and text1, and the top of the label and text2 so that I had a layout like:

label1    text2
text1

I selected all controls and dragged them to another place with the mouse and the alignments did not change.

I added a pageframe, copied the controls onto page1, moved individual controls to new positions, used the alignment toolbar to realign them and then dragged them around and there is no problem.

What are the values of your label.Alignment and Autosize properties?

Can you describe more precisely "Visually they reposition to incorrect places"?
