I have read so much on this it still amazes me. I have really not seen any critical negative point for either. I think more developers and businesses (personal observation) are moving towards c# and I've seen more jobs for C#.net developers which overtime seems to bring more developers on board and hence will give you a wider base to select from. Additioanlly, I've seen more examples available online in C#. However, I have also seen a lot of articles in the past pushing C++.net such as:
