Ok .. here's what you do. Create a Data Group on the report using the expression of RECNO(). Mark the data group to start on a new page. Make the Group Header large enough to accomodate all the stuff on the 1st page and place all your page 1 items in this band. Now make the detail band tall enough for all the stuff on the second page and put all the page 2 items in the Detail band.

As long as the data group header and the detail band are both fairly tall, you should always get a new page for each. If you're having trouble, you can alter my instructions slightly and make TWO data groups each having RECNO() as the expression. Put Page 1 stuff in the 1st data group header and page 2 stuff in the 2nd data group header. Mark each data group as start on a new page and that will ensure they both start on a new page. Then you can leave the detail band empty.
