As a follow-up to your reply, how are you setting the EditMode property?

I add to the form an event handler for the business object’s StateChangeEvent. I must add the event handler to all forms inheriting from my maBusinessForm subclass. All of my code,except the event handler, to handle mode changing and enable/disabling of buttons is in my base class data entry form that inherits from mmBusinessForm.

I’m sure there are many ways to handle EditModes and I would like to learn other approaches.

Side Note. How do you change the backcolor of code blocks in the message screen?
