Tamar,

What I did was code my program so that certain users would get access to pull up the document an change/save, etc. , but for the users I did not want to have the ability to change anything in the forms, I have it pull up the document, do the merge, print, then close. I am having a little problem with the close part though; I can get it to close the documents open, but seem to have a problem getting the winword.exe out of memory for the object. I looked for something in your book, but all I could find was something like release all like o* , or something like that where oWord would be the object. That did not help. Any suggestions?
``` Appreciate a normal day, it is always better than a bad one ```
