The only time I ever saw anything remotely similar to this was when I changed the FontName and size properties of the pageframe. In such cases I found that VFP saved the correct setting but displayed the pageframe several pixels larger than the values stored in the vcx file.

I reported the details in the UT - VFP bug list.
