I agree with you, but it is not documented, then VFPT can change it without
problem.
It is a choice, if VFPT not write a definitive word, how I can develop a application with a minimum of certainty?

In a generalized manner, in some situations one can be favorable or the
other.

I have a example
- a cache engine on a private datasession where refresh event is fired via BINDEVENT.
