>I don't think we talk about the same thing. Could you go in your Account setup, in PUTM, and in Agent. In there, you'll find the list of 50 marked threads you have marked. You may remove the old ones. I will however enhance that part as well such as we did this morning for the Thread Filtering.
I see now that when I go to the Account setup and Agent the number of marked threads is different.
But this is confusing. What is the number of marked messages I see when I click on the Agent button on the toolbar?
