Thanks, I can handle this on my foxpro side, unfortunately that data is coming from a Convoluted AS/400 custom built accounting program written in RPG (I have worked on these systems in COBOL and RPG extensively, I just didn't write these routines). It would take eternity before that data is sync correctly. However I can right routine in foxpro to check if names that are similar have matching ssn otherwise create a exception file and reports for corrections. Thanks again Trey for your insight.
