Ok, yeah you are right about my example it was backwards my bad. I just think that a language that is more strict causes you to develop better, programming habits.

I still think of the analogy of VB.NET being like FrontPage when developing a Website, and C# being using a library of HTML you already have, or writing it HTML, CSS from scratch. Frontpage is nice for quick and dirty websites, but if you want something professional, easy to maintain and reusable you would do the templating and coding yourself, otherwise it looks like a high school did it.
