Hi everyone!

I'm using MSSQL 7.0 Enterprise, today I have a break in the access at the MSSQL Server from my workstation. Looking in the Server Manager, beside the name of my Server, shows a green arrow (running) and a red ray, what it means? how I can to fix this?
