Nevermind. The problem is solved.
Why am I having a problem referring in my ASP.NET pages to the files in a subfolder to the virtual directory.
Here is the gist of the problem:
I manually created a folder IMAGES as a subfolder to the virtual directory (e.g. "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\MyProg\images"). I copied bunch of .gif files to this folder.
But when I refer to any file in the "images" folder as for example "\images\mypic.gif" or "images\mypic.gif" the images are not displayed. If I use absolute location of the image "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\MyProg\images\mypic.gif" the image is shown.
What am I missing?

P.S. The same problem happens when I refer to a CSS file in a folder \MyProg\includes.
