As I found Microsoft suggests CreateProcessWithLogonW to be used with Win2000/XP, and LogonUser + CreateProcessAsUser with WinNT.

Yesterday I finished a sample code with CreateProcessWithLogonW -- no drawing problems. Actually that was a direct VB to VFP translation of this code:
