>A friend of mine has secured a contract for some VFP work and wants me to help him on the large project. Despite the fact that we are friends, I want to have a contract to keep things professional. All the contracts I have done have been between the client and myself. Does anyone have any sample contracts (or know of some resources) that deal with sub-contracts for my situation?
