No you cannot add custom toolbar buttons to the native VFP report previewer.

You may, however substitute a custom preview window. See the Downloads section for http://www.levelextreme.com/wconnect/wc.dll?FournierTransformation~ and the Articles section for http://www.utmag.com/May2003/Page66.asp.
