I'm using VFP 7.0

I read on Microsofts web-site:
"In Internet Explorer 6 or later, the BeforeNavigate2 event fires only before the first navigation made in code. It does not fire when a user clicks a link on a Web page."

But my IE version 6.0 is firing the BeforeNavigate2 when I click on a link. Can I count on it firing on my client's computer?
