Hi Bruno,

Depending on your requirements (especially how many workstations you'll be using), I'd highly recommend having a close look at Manifold.net (www.manifold.net). It's a full-featured GIS for a VERY reasonable price. It's also accessible via OLE Automation and comes with a cool Internet Map Server.
