Foxtouch has a bug. It doesn't handle the time bias correctly. All file times are stored as UTC times. Foxtouch inappropriately makes the conversion one too many times, so that the displayed time (rather than being the local time) is the UTC time of datetime desired. I think I documented this in the Extended Foxtools Help file.

Besides, it only alters the last modification date/time.
