That's good to hear, John. But the fact that anyone ever considered outsourcing the stuff in the first place, let alone actually doing it, speaks volumes as to where common sense and sense of obligation and even being aware of obligation, is applied in business. It isn't, especially if it might mean a penny extra cost.
