Hi Morgan,
I suppose the mono classes are built independently of dotnet, so there could be some incompatibilities or incompletenesses between the mono framework and dotnet framework.
What if I write a dotnet app in VB.NET. I know C# standard has been released to the international community, but VB.NET may be proprietary intellectual property of Microsoft. Assuming that mono would handled VB.NET source code, would I be in violation of any licensing agreements if I placed VB.NET source into mono? I know there was a big discussion just recently over whether VFP could be use on the Linux platform without a license.
