Windows NT 4.0 Workstation, SP6

I have a logitech optical mouse, plugged in.

When logging in as "Administratot" or any pther user except "Daniel",
double-clicking on a shotcut on the desktop opens the windo/applicatiom.

However when logging in as "Daniel" the programs/windows do not open when double-clicking. The user must press the right button which pops a windows, and then the user must select "Open"

Since all other profiles on the same computer do not have this problem I am guessing that it is a user defines setting?

I have looked but can not find one...does anyone have any suggestions?
