Just a WAG, if the report has a lot going on (lookups and calcuations) during actual print time, the windows spooler may be timing out. Probably a GDI printer they are printing to. I remember one printer had some odd things with a report that had 7 columns calculating at print time, about 30 rows per page, 2nd or 3rd page of a 4/5 page report it just stopped. I changed my code to do the calculations and only display them in the report, it didn't happen again. Again, just a WAG.
