i am completely in agreement with you.

If you read my message Thread #844066, the only possible conclusion is:
- the product is the only important component.
- BUGS and FIXING are phantom components.

Reading many messages on UT, I have noticed a differnt cultural approach, from part of the Canadians regarding the Americans, on this problem.

You have one explanation?
