I haven't used Express in a while, I normally use Developer for a variety of reasons. But the basics are the same it should be pretty simple to accomplish what you want, albeit once you learn how.

1. You need to setup your programs target folder. Its an option which you can allow the user to override by providing the InstallChangeFolder dialog.

2. Just drag the folder structure you want to use into the Files view under your Target folder.

3. Drag and drop the misc. files you want installed into the folders in the Files view.

4. Select the Merge Module for the VFP 8 runtimes.

The above information is regarding the latest versions of InstallShield.

I hope that helps somewhat.
