I don't know whether ShellExecute will support attachments. However, you may want to take a look at the wwIPStuff (www.west-wind.com). Also, there are a couple of classes in the downloads section of the UT that works as wrappers to the windows API that does the internet stuff (I don't recall the name of that API right now... wininet, or something like that...).
