I've asked this question of Ken in my earleir post, so we'll wait to see what he says. What I am concerned about in your post is that many companies work on a 5 year payback costing model, and you're switchover still falls into that 5 year timeframe. Any company looking to start a big VFP development now must ask if it will have a future when they move to Windows 200x/Longhorn.
